Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made for arrival. Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay. Mid-stay cleaning. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with: Folding baby cot with 1 sheet. Highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 3 years per night is not included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person between 4 and 10 years per night is not included.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
